What we do

Our horses and facilitators provide experiential opportunities for your workforce to learn about themselves and their colleagues and develop as a team.

The process involves ground based activities with horses and trained professionals. Lucinda Carney C.Psychol; Msc: BA(hons) our occupational psychologist has found that sharing appropriate psychometric or business models with horses heightens the level of understanding. These activities can introduce a training programme to, or reinforce an existing programme within your company.

Making a connection with a horse to get it to do what you would like to do is all about communication and the right approach. These skills are crucial for everyday interaction with others and the activities help build self esteem and confidence and the ability to recognise what holds us back, thus paving the way for improvement.
